As part of this vision, we are seeking a Podcast, Discussions & Interviews Manager to lead and grow our News Podcasts, Public Discussions, and Interview Series.
This role is central to JolibaLive’s mission of stimulating intellect, encouraging critical thinking, deepening understanding of complex issues, and promoting peaceful dialogue through informed conversation.
The successful candidate will conceptualise, produce, and manage daily news podcasts, organise in-house debates and discussions, conduct field interviews with high-profile personalities, and curate conversations that help audiences see issues more clearly and more humanely.
The ideal candidate is deeply curious, articulate, intellectually engaged, and passionate about ideas, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to ask insightful questions.
They must be comfortable engaging leaders, experts, policymakers, professionals, activists, and everyday voices across a wide range of topics.
